Here are the 3 habits that have kept him going strong even during a pandemic-
1. Reading
Before we had smartphones and tablets to keep us occupied, books were the gold mine of knowledge. You can trace back to the earliest time and find that all the people who have etched their name in history were avid readers.
From mindset to mathematics, any kind of knowledge can be found in these books. Reading develops the mind and expands the horizons of our intellect. If one wants to leave an impact on the life of others, reading is the key. As such, Shane likes to read books about leadership, financial and mental wealth, and the life story of influential individuals. In a world full of listeners and digital screen advocates, he chose to become a reader and learn things the authentic way.
2. Exercise
There is no argument about the importance of exercise in this world. If one wants to stay healthy and fit during their lifetime, including workouts in the daily routine is the key. Exercising reduces health problems and keeps a person in shape.
The secret to a long life without ailments is indeed a regime that includes some kind of physical activity every day. Shane has been in the fitness industry for many years and truly knows that fitness is the essence of a prosperous life.
This habit is not a modern revelation but people have been practicing yoga, jogging, meditation, etc. for as long as the world existed. The evidence of exercise dates back to the period of Pythagoras and Greece in 600BC.

3. Morning Routine
Command your mornings. All the successful people of the world have one thing in common, ‘An effective morning routine’. Lethargy and sluggishness are not an excuse to ignore the peak performance goals. If you want to see yourself in magazines and talk shows, then you have to hustle hard for it.
Shane preaches to all his clients to wake up early in the morning, do plentiful workouts, have a healthy breakfast, detach from digital devices for a while, and finally start working towards the achievement of the goals. This morning routine boosts productivity, growth, and health by 10x.
